Verona Estate has fast-tracked the release of its next stage of homesites ahead of the launch of the estate’s brand-new $850,000 park.
To help celebrate such a momentous occasion, HCAP Developments, Marquee Development Partners & Urbane Homes have all joined forces to throw a free community fun day.
It’s an open invitation for you and your family to come down to Verona Estate for a day of fun, prizes and excitement as the new park, stage and on-site sales display are all launched at once!
The kids can enjoy getting their face painted or get up close and personal with some cute little animals while you relax with a coffee and take in the live music.
There’s also a chance to win an Apple iWatch, courtesy of Bluescope, with all proceeds going to local charity, Property Industry Foundation.
Ipswich Mayor Andrew Antoniolli said he was thrilled to officially open one of Ipswich’s newest family destinations.
“Ipswich has a reputation for having great parks and Verona’s shaded picnic areas, green open spaces and brand-new play equipment will be a terrific addition to the community,” Cr Antoniolli said.
“Ipswich is one of the fastest growing areas in Australia and currently home to more than 205,000 people with the city’s population set to more than double by 2031.
“The creation of quality housing options such as that offered at Verona Estate is important to the success of our city and is sure to be welcomed by families.”
The third instalment of Verona, The Aquila Release, will feature 46 homesites ranging from a low maintenance 350sqm through to a more spacious 842sqm.
